תיאור משרה:
ניהול 3 מוצרים באופרציה המונה 3 יחידות עסקיות וכ-40 עובדים, בארגון המתאפיין בסביבת עבודה מהירה, המשתנה ללא הרף.
התפקיד כולל ניהול P&L, ניהול והובלת תהליכים עסקיים, אחריות על עמידה ביעדים, קידום ופיתוח פרויקטים מורכבים ועליות לאויר.
שותפות בבנייה והובלת האסטרטגיה המבוססת על הבנה מעמיקה של האסטרטגיה העסקית, וכפועל יוצא בניה והובלה של התוכנית העסקית השנתית תוך תקשורת שוטפת דווח וייצוג ההתקדמות של ביצוע התוכנית העסקית לבעלים כדי להבטיח שהם מודעים למצב ושינויים.
ניהול הקשר עם השותפים העסקיים והשותפים האסטרטגיים ביותר של החברה, תוך הבנת העומק טכני, ובניית מערכת יחסים חזקה עם הלקוחות להגדלת היישומים והפתרונות של החברה.
על המנהל להיות מנוסה שיודע להצעיד קדימה ולאתגר מקצועית את הכפיפים לו ולהיות Hands On כשנדרש
איפיון צרכים עיסקיים ותרגומם לדרישות אינטגרטיביות מול הארגון אשר יסייעו לחברה לצמוח תוך שיפור מעמדה התחרותי.


דרישות משרה:
• ניסיון של 10 + שנות ניסיון בפיתוח ובניהול תוכניות מורכבות של לקוחות ו / או שותפים.
• נסיון בפיתוח והוצאה לפועל של תוכניות עסקיות ארגוניות
• יכולת התנהלות בסביבה בעלת ריבוי משימות וניהול התעדוף
• יכולת לעבוד באופן עצמאי בסביבות מעורפלות מאוד, הן עם קבוצות טכניות ועסקיות פנימית וחיצונית
• תקשורת חזקה ומיומנויות תכנון עם היכולת להציג ולהשפיע על הלקוחות והשותפים שלנו
• השכלה אקדמאית -חובה
• ניסיון בתפקיד דומה, בדרג בכיר
• שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה)
• יכולת טובה בניהול מו"מ מסחרי
