for a great online company in tlv Compliance agent is needed
· Checking and approving client’s documentation according to AML and KYC procedures
· Calling and emailing clients on a daily basis
· Receive and direct compliance/ customer support issues to the appropriate resources for investigation and resolution
· Chats and Emails
· Detecting fraudulent activity
Answering incoming calls

Requirements:
Excellent English- Written and Spoken
· Attention to detail
· 1-2 Years Relevant Experience in the Compliance / support Department (KYC, AML procedures) MUST
· Experience in Customer Support
· Multitasking
· Available to full time work Monday through Fridays 9:00- 18:00
· Great Communications and Interpersonal Skills
