The IT MANAGER is responsible for the entire IT department and optimization of the use of technology to deliver reliable, high performance IT systems and infrastructure. As Global IT MANAGER you will support in the digitization of the business. You will be part of the global leadership team.
Oversee IT Operations
Design, develop and implements IT strategies and infrastructure.
Keep up to date with the most recent technologies and advising on new technological solutions, and their implementation, to meet business and system requirements.
Help to identify IT needs and requirements and lead implementation of IT systems
Develop and optimize processes (as wells as policies & best practices) and tools required for R&D and corporate operations
Manage IT budgets and optimize costs
Maintain, support and develop R&D environments for on-premises and cloud
Lead and Develop IT department and staff
Ensure the company’s IT systems and infrastructure are secure and protected against security risks.
Develop, maintain, and test business continuity arrangements, for all IT infrastructure. Ensuring the company complies with licensing and data protection laws.
Work to increase user satisfaction
Assesses need for new equipment and software
Build and maintains relationships with outside vendors
