Description:
The Webstore and Online Growth Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and implementation of our online store, marketing automation, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition. This role combines e-commerce management, digital marketing, and business strategy, making it a key position in our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Webstore Management:
Manage the overall operation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
Implement A/B testing and user experience improvements to enhance website performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to maximize sales and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order placement to delivery and customer support.
Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
2. Digital Marketing and Growth:
Oversee and improve digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, including SEO, SEM, Online campaigns, and marketing automation.
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Work closely with digital media agencies to optimize ROI through performance tracking and analytics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
Create regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommend improvements and adjustments.
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences through data analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing multilingual Shopify or similar e-commerce websites.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and derive insights to drive informed decisions.
Minimum of 4 years experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, MailChimp, or similar platforms to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Excellent English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field - a plus.
